 With puffed buckwheat, even those with a gulping habit have to chew. It starts to stick when it comes into contact with saliva. The puffed consistency triggers the chewing reflex. The puffed product then becomes soft and is pleasant to chew.

 Stone hard is for dogs that like to nibble. It must be softened with saliva and removed with the teeth. By patiently biting on it, the big ones manage to chew the rock hard softly. While chewing and salivating, the bones dissolve.
