In collaboration with animal psychologist and dog trainer Verena Lanner, the perfect muzzle consisting of lightweight, antibacterial, tear-resistant and waterproof “BioThane” as well as stainless rivets has been developed. Every single muzzle is made in Austria with great attention to detail.
A muzzle is not a punishment for the dog. The right approach to the first thing to wear makes it easier for both the dog and the owner to use it in everyday life. There are many reasons for using a muzzle:
- regional legal regulations in public transport, in the free-ride of the dog, etc. - legal requirements abroad (request absolutely prior to travel)
- Uncertainty of the dog or dog holder in special situations
- Injury prevention
- no undesirable intake of food, e. g. B. Gift bait, carrion, etc.
- high hunting drives
- Aggressional behaviour
- Veterinary visits
In 3 steps to the perfect muzzle:
1. Measurement of the nose circumference
At the level of the base of the nose (in front of the eyes) measure once around the muzzle, keeping the tape measure taut.
2. Measuring the nose length
At the level of the nose base where the muzzle should start to the tip of the nose.
3. Add clearances

19 - 26 cm+ 2 - 6 cm+ 1 cm
